Ultemecia was hated and feared all throughout her life due to her heritage, and what she would become. Terra was looked on as a freak thanks to her natural ability to use magic, and being a product of an impossibility. It's not too hard to see that they had that much in common.

Fun fact: Tasia Valenza's a former soap star. She was on "All My Children" in the '80s. Currently, she and Steve Burton (Cloud) are the only soap stars in the Dissidia cast.

I hope Ultimecia gets to be in the Kingdom Hearts Series as a secret boss. She might appear in the world of Kingdom of Corona (Tangle's world) where Sora, Donald, Goofy, Rapunzel, Flynn Rider, Pascal and Maximus encounter Ultimecia she told Sora that she manipulate a man to kidnap Rapunzel. Then Sora takes out his keyblade and Ultimecia was surprised when she first stared at Sora's weapon. Ultimecia said "My... What a interesting sword your carrying". Goofy yells at her saying the weapon that Sora is using, is called a "Keyblade". Then she started recognizes Sora is a friend "Leon" or Squall, because Ultimecia has hatred towards Leon she wants to get rid of him so she can rule Radiant Garden. Sora would not let Ultimecia take over Radiant Garden and get rid of Leon. So Ultimecia puts out her battle pose and the two started fight. After you defeated Ultimecia, she'll not take over Radiant Garden and get rid of Leon, lastly she fates away with an evil laugh; signaling she won't be causing anymore trouble. And then you get a new keyblade called "The Witch of Fades".

Ewan Deveaux In FF8 Ultimecia is revealed to be a witch from the future who is set on compressing time after generations of persecution and because she wishes to exist forever as a time god to escape her inevitable death . It's a little tragic depending on how you look at it and it does provide her with Atleast a little backstory .

Ultemacia is easily one of the 2 most powerful villains in FF history. So powerful in fact, they had to come up with the most trite and ridiculous way to defeat her. If you actually think about how everything played out, she ultimately wins in the end. It's implied that after being defeated and her powers weakened, she travels back in time and passes her powers to Edea, which will eventually make their way back through time to Ultemacia again, getting stronger and stronger each cycle until she eventually wins.
