Boundaries are huge, I thought I had a fantastic therapist, long story short he used my trauma to pleasure himself and his swinger friends, It took year's to heal from his abuse, I sued his sick ass and found out from my lawyer he was sued earlier for a similar assult! He's unbelievably still in practice after a slap on the hand. Thankfully I'm a healthy woman today, it took walks in the woods, being kind to all my selves and believe them. Personally I like the label multiple Personally, its accurate 😊😊😊

Been going down the rabbit whole (edit: hole not whole haha) of dissociative experiences for a year or more now, to try and understand what my dear friend might be living. There was so much extremely clear, simple and practical information here. Thank you so much. I really resonated with Dr Fletcher’s passion and determination for every human to be seen, understood and valued as they are.
