Much appreciated :) Funbox Karaoke is the one who kept telling me I should do it. Then once I proved it could be done a bunch of other Karaoke channels have been getting keen on it too lately. Of course I'm excited to get back at making new tracks, but I'm glad I focused for a while on the tracks I already have as well.

The insecurities caused by my narcissist caused me to be so depressed that I stopped singing and stopped practicing and lost the majority of my voice's strength. Hello! I absolutely love this beautiful karaoke track. Would it be possible for me to use it in a youtube video I'm working on? I have a parody version of this song that I wrote, about my favorite video game, but I need a backing track as I can't sing it acapella. I'm fine with revenue share if you want just making sure it won't get me a copyright claim or strike or something.

Sadly it will get you a claim and that's out of my control. I will say that in my experience, the vast majority of the time if you counter the claim it will be cleared after 30 days, but you'd have to issue a counter every time you use it. There's a next to zero % chance this track would be a strike concern. Disturbed is cool. Stay away from The Eagles on that front.

I typically counter on 'Educational'; though you might pick something different depending. I think transformative would certainly apply to parody or covers in general. I don't do it very often, but again, I've had great success with it when I have, so it may be worth a go.

Radio doesn't play the original sound of silence now. Just this drawn out soulless version. Can't wait for yall to also deal with younger generations being surprised that there's an original, whether or not they think it's better.
