Dude i was on vacation to pidgeon forge when the fire was started, i didn't know that it was that horrifying. Smoke was covering the roads and the city the entire time we stayed there, most of the places we wanted to visit were closed including ofc the national park area we came for. I never thought i would be that close to a terrible disaster like that.

I actually remember the smoky mountain fire. I don’t live there, but I live in a nearby town. The smoke here was really bad and you could see the smoke for miles.

Scariest one I saw was from Russia I think. A normal, winding road through the woods and in broad daylight. Some guys step out from their parked car and try to stop the dash cam car, pretending to be in trouble. Car carries on and avoids them because they know what the risk of it was. There's a video explaining it somewhere, the backstory is terrifying. They rob, rape, torture and kill anyone who stops. They film it and sell it. Can't remember the name of the place though.
