One lost media is a PSA by the Department of Social Welfare and Development. The PSA features a young girl playing with her doll, as she is playing the mother, and the doll is her child. The child acts to feed her doll, but the doll refuses. Until she becomes furious and throws her doll. The child is said to be a victim of physical abuse. Then-Vice President and DSWD Secretary Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, said the lines: "Ang karahasan sa bata, tutularan hanggang sa pagtanda. I remember that Racumin ad. It's just "daga... daga... DAGA... DAGA... DAGADAGADAGADAGA!" and then when Racumin gets introduced, it's slowed down until the last rat is killed by the poison (very graphically, btw) and the announcer just goes... "DAG."

On Flor Contemplacion. I remember a TV Ad of a crudely animated grandfather clock. On the left side of it was the word "Kamatayan." On the right was "Kalayaan." There was no music, no other sound than the clock ticking and a VO narration as the pendulum was swinging. When the narration ended, the pendulum stopped at "Kamatayan." Then there is silence, and a blood-curdling scream. I was 11 when it aired. I only ever saw it once, one afternoon before the execution and the the gov't was still appealing for clemency. I was home alone after school, watching cartoons. When the scream echoed around the house, I immediately turned off the TV and rushed out and never went back in until my sister arrived.

Advisable to watch during the day, because it will give you shivers if you watch it sa gabi.

There's this Mister Donut commercial way back the early 2000's. They were promoting a horror movie which I cannot recall but the ad consist of undead people and there's this one close shot of a dead kid saying "Andyan na si nanay, si nanay" or something along the line. Okay I think I remembered the Racumin commercial somehow. Though I did remember more of the "Daga" chant and how the scenario played out: Basically the commercial starts with one rat on a white background with a chant that says "Daga... Daga... Daga." (Rat... Rat.... Rat...) as the voiceover talks about the commercial stuff (that I do not know)... then the rats popping out of nowhere one by one with the chant "Dagdag... dagdag... dagdag..." in a faster chant like a heart beating faster (Which "dagdag" literally means "more" or "add more" but is also a word play on "daga" here so basically "more rat... more rat... more rat") Then cue the rat eating the Racumin rat poison as the voice over talks about commercial things... then the rats disappear one by one with the "daga... daga" chant slowing down. Then cut to a dead (or play dead) rat with the one "dag-"

I'm wondering if there is a group that discusses Fillipino commercials in English in order benefit Americans, Brits, etc. who can read English but cannot read/understand written Tagalog and who might be interested in helping search for this media.

I remember that there's a No Fear commercial here in the Philippines. It was aired in 2009 and 2012 during commercial breaks of separate 2 Pacquiao fights. It scared me when I was a kid and hiding where I can see that commercial and a few moments later it's gone. I still remember that.

Not sure if everyone else remembers but I think it was a commercial for Carnation evaporada. It was about this woman who went to a cemetery and left gulaman(?) to a presumed dead relative (it was her lola I think). The entire video had a creepy vibe, and when she came back home, the gulaman she left behind was now on the table. It was funny but it also freaked me out as kid, genuinely felt like a horror movie lol

I'm 16 years old now, and there was this certain commercial that freaked me out as a child, it was St. Peter's Life Plan, I think, I vividly remember channels airing that commercial during Christmas specials of their channel, in the commercial, there was two elderly people who were going inside on the office, then jingles on the background, then on the end of the commercial, a coffin or a casket will show up, that freaked me out because it's like a jumpscare
