Yes and no. While that and Jake and Aiden starting to form a duo by proving the other wrong is nice on the surface level, one attribute they have shown with Jake is having core issues of attachment with Aiden is currently the person he is latching on to.

I enjoyed Yul except when he was abusing Grett. This was a good time for him to go. He was starting to overstay his welcome and I loved him throwing petty insults at everyone and flipping off the camera before getting on Bus of Losers 😂. His voice actor did a fantastic job with his delivery and bringing Yul to light!

Ive waited for these things the entire season, and all of it in one episode. 1: Aiden and Jake become friends (kind of) 2: Gabby and Grett are friends 3: Yul and Grett break up. And 4 Yul gets voted off.

I don't disagree, but I think the idea is that it signals to the other alliance members who has the tightest bonds. Basically once the competition is gone, next person gone is whoever in the "outer ring" so to speak

SPOILERS Damn, the Alec scene where he is talking about his wife and his son, the divorce and finally explaining the drinking picture from episode 1 of this season broke me. Alec isn’t a saint, but seeing how the divorce was more than him not wanting to be a father but how it ruined him was heart breaking, even if he isn’t a good person.

Still, he didn't wanted to be a father yet in the end was one. A bad one. The neglectful one. The divorce was bound to happen. And I'm not saying he deserved to be broken like that, but still, who else can he blame other than himself? He wanted to "have" a great woman and wife then it's important to be also a good father in the end. It's connected. Honestly, I don't believe he actually "loved" her, but only "having her". If he loved her he would care for things she cared. Like... THEIR son... for example, y'know, I'm just guessing, but usually a child is important for mothers in general. So Alec, instead for this show being a therapy for you, you should go to ACTUAL therapy that would make you understand that it was your fault and you have to get better while you still can.

Honestly loved this episode. I was initially afraid about the way Gabby’s arc was set up after Ellie’s elimination, but I’m pretty happy with the way it’s going now. I’m really loving her friendship with Grett. I’m also truly appreciating the fact that Aiden and Jake are starting to enjoy each other, I think it’s a good way to redeem their characters from the way they’ve been acting towards one another. I also wasn’t expecting the Alec and Riya thingy, but I’m looking forward to see it develop and see how Connor reacts to it. I think everyone left in the season is having some impact on it, the only character that at this point seems…just kinda there is Ally. Hopefully she gets a narrative going on soon!
