The plaintiff enrolled the defendant at the college where she works, and they became friends. She says the defendant is a diva and can be sassy. She loaned the defendant money, but he hasn’t paid it back, so she’s suing. The defendant admits he’s a diva, but there’s nothing wrong with that. He argues the plaintiff always needs attention. He’s countersuing for harassment and defamation.
