Divar Island is in the middle of the Mandovi river. Life seems to stand still in this old Peaceful Portuguese Village with old Churches and Portuguese houses lined both sides of clean well paved narrow roads, vast lush green spaces, paddy fields and helpful locals. It is very close to Old Goa! You can explore this beautiful island in couple of hours and I can assure you that you will enjoy it.

Thanks for watching our video. Most of the coastal Goa is full of Portuguese style Churches, Houses and even today the Portuguese influence can be felt almost everywhere in Goa.
