Mobile battery is cycled from 0 - 100% everyday. And they don't have good thermal management system like EVs have. So, their cycle life gets limited to half of what EVs get. Roughly 750 cycles which means they start to degrade after two years. In case of EVs, they can easily exceed 1500 cycles. One cycle is 100 km. So, most new electric scooters can do 150,000 km before any significant degradation. Cost of fuel and maintenance for 150,000 km on Activa = 150,000 x 2.5 = 375,000. You need to understand the cycle life difference between thermal managed batteries and otherwise.

wrong calculation bro ... 1500 charging cycle നോക്കിയാൽ തന്നെ 5 വർഷം കൊണ്ട് 2 തവണ ബാറ്ററി മാറ്റിയാൽ മതിയാവും .. അതാണ് ഞാൻ പറഞ്ഞത് 2 തവണ ബാറ്ററിക്ക് 1.5 ലക്ഷം മുടക്കിയാലും 3.5 ലക്ഷം ലാഭമാണെന്ന്

These batteries can cycle 1500 times before any significant degradation. Meaning 150 * 100 = 150,000 km. Petrol and maintenance cost for 150,000 km = 150,000 x Rs 2.5 = Rs 375,000. 375,000 + 100,000 for petrol scooter. In that you can buy 3 good electric scooters.
