Dike Chukwumerije enamors how diversity is indeed a paradox and a tool for unification rather than divisiveness. According to him, “wherever you find diversity, there you find great power”.
Dike Chukwumerije is a Nigerian spoken word and performance poetry artist and an award-winning author. He has eight published books, including the novel Urichindere, which won the 2013 Association of Nigerian Authors (ANA) Prize for Prose Fiction, and a poetry theatre production - Made In Nigeria - currently touring the country.
By June 2022, ‘Made In Nigeria’ had been to seventeen States in Nigeria, including Lagos, Enugu, Plateau, Borno, Kano, and the Federal Capital Territory -Abuja This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. I think this lecture should be played to all matriculating students in all universities in Nigeria and played again at all graduating ceremonies of universities. It should also be played at all inaugurations of the lower and upper chambers of the federal legislature and at the inaugurations of the federal executive.

Sir Dike's dexterity is one he couldn't escape from conception. He is art at a crossroad. How much I so love this piece! It's beyond spoken word poetry, this is a living history. Kai! I strongly believe that my motherland will not have a better yesterday now and in yeas to come. God bless Nigeria ❤️✨🔥💯

I am marveled by this presentation. This is connectivity between pre-literal time and contemporary Nigerian history.

Hats off Dike, you're special 🙏. Now we need this to be translated to every Nigerian language and played in every church and mosque, randomly on radios and televisions, government institutions, universities and even secondary school, airports, rail and bus stations e.t.c it's just about time we get it right, let's help each other reapect our sensitivity and grow with the sense of state, we are delaying the comprehensive growth of sub-saharan Africa that heavily relies on our leadership, there's so much beauty in what's brings us together, we are fortunate, god bless Nigeria 🙏

This is good in affecting only the literary perspective becos any thing paradox is paradoxical to remain so till ifinity that is why the resultant effects of all the attempts to harness the positives from the Nigerian diversity conundrum has been re-enforcing the same paradox we have been hopefully trying to solve even from since pre-1914.
