Please, shouldn't there be an extra mackintosh and a dressing towel after the top sheet at the site of injure to protect the bed sheet?

Hello, that will too hot and the wound or burns can be getting soaked. You can check on the ward how they appear even without covering much...and it can cause the patient discomfort. Thanks for the concern.
