Character Bio -
Thorfinn (トルフィン Torufin?) Thorsson, also nicknamed Karlsefni, is a former warrior of Askeladd's band as well as a former slave on Ketil’s farm, who is currently a trader and adventurer attempting to settle in Vinland. He is the main protagonist of Vinland Saga.
He was born in Iceland as the son of Helga and Thors, the most famous Jomsviking warrior until his defection. He is also the brother to Ylva, and is related to the leadership of the Jomsvikings through his mother, who is daughter of the third Cheif, Sigvaldi.
He spent an entire decade attempting to take revenge on Askeladd, the man who killed his father, even following him into battle to stay close to him, and grew cold and merciless, killing countless people. After he attacked Canute in a moment of shock and rage for killing Askeladd, the death of whom was Thorfinn's goal for most of his life, Thorfinn was enslaved as a punishment.

The song is effing amazing across the board but I will say that your verse get's me so pumped that I'll jump around and shadow box ( when I'm alone lol ) because of the vibe. It's a good transition, starts with rage and sorrow but then you bring a badass twist to it.

I have had hatred for my biological father for years until it settled to just unapologetic resentment always saying I never need my father, I believed it so much until I know how fragile our existence is, and learning my father growing up wasn’t loved, abused my his own son, no sent a path he felt he had no choice to take, he died, now I stand 24, wishing I could take it all bad and told him he mattered, that will never leave, but I will not leave this planet without realizing my fullest potential, for the family that has tried their best and him how will never walk this planet again, and myself, for I owe it to myself most of all

I will never get over the fact that no matter how hard the beat it, how loud the screaming is, how epic the guitar is, your chorus always has this almost harmonic feel to it. The song could fit perfectly into a Black Sabath album, but there's a sincerity and soul to the way you display the characters greif and prayers through lyrics. Not even mentioning you do all that WITH ABSOLUTELY ZERO NAME DROPS OR DIRECT REFERENCES.

Vinland Saga is on of my favourite mangas (behind Berserk and Vagabond). This song is perfect for the story and i love how there's two perspectives, Thorfinn and Askeladd. Another amazing song by Divide.
