nope. not a new haircut. this video is from his old channel. he thought the video was lost but turns out it wasn't so he reposted it for us. if you read the very first comment, Yappy explains. it seems many people were happy with the idea of a hair cut.

I clean and dredge the ponds at several golf courses, we average 6 dump truck loads of spoil we take them back and have a creek that dumps into a pond and we let them filter the silt off and collect the balls. On average we pick up 10,000 balls a year. We then drain the pond and haul off the spoil to Soil recycling facility to turn into rich topsoil. Win win situation for everyone.

you need a hard hat there, I had a friend who worked at a driving range, collecting golf balls in a caged golf cart. People literally aimed for him and the cage made a loud noise when they hit!

Great video but definitely not $5/ball. The average golfer pays around $24 - 48 per dozen golf balls.
