@BaronBuff Hi, it is a flying gurnard. Very cool fish. Looks like it is thinking about going on land or going airborne in a few evolutionary steps. The fins on the front are used similar to hands and the bottom fins are looking like legs. The "wings" spread out when it swims. The gurnard right before the 3:00 mark is the adult, the brown one is a juvenile. Hope you enjoyed the video.
