Massive just uncorked a huge list of changes planned for The Division 2!
Here's the latest in Division, Division 2 and Division 3 News!
There are so many changes planned for Season 3, it feels liks a entirely different Division than we currently have. Though, I do have questions/concerns about the boosts to Health and lack of PvP changes.

that ceska is actually crazy, with hunters fury, and oroboros, you get 100% health on kill, that 90% is pretty much a 2x health multiplier.

Thank you for covering the news again. It really helps me and many others out. Although, I do really wish they would give us more stash sizes. With every new season, we get more and more gear but not more place to put them.

reducing inventory space needed is like a stash upgrade. Also being able to tinker on the go means all the gear I am keeping to trash can be used toward expertease or deconstructed. Again making storage on the go less of an issue. Now as for the STASH ITSELF. I think it would be great if we had two stashes. 1 for weapons and 1 for gear. This means the STASH limit they reached in the system would not hinder adding double space just making 1 for weapons and 1 for armor.

I watched your update a while back when you talked about them announcing this stuff. Basically my take away was not to bother firing the game up until February when it goes live.

Before this update comes out, I really hope they look at the merciless. It does not create an explosion that damages other as but only the one ad you shoot in the description it says it’s supposed to damage ads in the area of affect this does not occur. It is a single target damage.

I agree with you 1000% about all these increases to health, including the new gear and brand sets, being USELESS. Seriously, WHY would they waste a stat on the new sets? I understand not changing the older sets that already have it - they aren't trying to rework them right now. Fine. But the new sets? Really? WHY?!!!

As of now it shouldn't reset the expertise lvls but keep a eye on your stuff....just in case since they did admit 2000+ bugs

Gear to build a tanky character and a pistol to force enemies to focus on the tank. Then rifles for tank's team mates that are stronger against enemies focused on the tank. I'm seeing a pattern. I'm not liking it but I'm seeing it.

These are changes to things already applied in the previous PTS update by the way so expertise cost are lower already and the Empress International is a revert back TO 10% from 20%.

Nice to see that they really are making improvements, including some content and story. But I think more people will comeback to the game (including me), if they would give us a number of new mission flow (even if it's in DC or NY). Because for a player who have already spent a huge amount of time in-game, I think playing the same mission would still be a bit repetitive for me to comeback. Well this is just me, I don't know if others consider this. Would it really cost much, or would a DLC be really required in order to add some new mission or mini map to play on? Still willing to comeback, will just see if this would be implemented soon or via DLCs. Cheers!

Glad they've inverted the timer for inverted and buffed system but alot of the nurfs weren't necessary IMO. People going hard on them nurfs will make this next update not so interesting.

Gonna have to go to a safe house to change any weapons or armor. Nice ubisoft. How long did that take to create? Maybe waste that time on something the people playing actually wanted.

Game changes that you placed in the top left corner....were extremely small and difficult to read unless I owned a giant screen. Try to remember that many people watch videos on; laptops, tablets and on phones.

Can you do a video on damage scaling when playing in a squad? I've noticed when running solo builds I do nice damage numbers and can take out elites with one clip. However, in a team of 4 it takes 2 or 3 clips. The damage scaling and buffs to NPCs I kind of feel is unbalanced. Maybe it's because I don't know how damage scaling works. I Crit in the ball park of 600K solo. In a team it's more like closer to 400K at max. It's so weird. It's to the point where I'm not wanting to run in 4 man teams anymore because I feel like damage output and damage taken is unbalanced in teams compared to solo. I'd rather NPCs have a small buff and just add more NPCs for every man in the team. Let me know your thoughts.

This planned gear lock is the WORST change they could do to this game. How often have we seen game glitches that keep,us in combat from dead npc’s still showing alive to people outside the building keeping us in combat and having zero to do with the current mission? I whole heartedly believe this change will push a lot of players away.

Personally, u would LOVE it if they changed the health attributes to explosive damage, or grenade damage/radius boost. This would make grenades an actual viable damage source, make mad bomber viable in more situations than low levels and farming global event achievements, and would mean, as a counter, they could bring back the final measure gearset. I even came up with a unique exotic to go with a release of the final measure gearset into the game on a reddit post. Exotic sawn off, tank based gun. Damage scales with armour cores like capacitor scales off skill tier. Damage scaled off explosive damage, gives grenades a damage boost, shells explode on impact causing bleed. This would give tanks a damage sidearm that's fun, and synagise with the perfect mad bomber, collector, and the backbone, making them usefull, rather than used in a joke build for low difficulty.

I think people can criticize as much as they want but give me another game of this genre with such a detailed world and setting the only comparison possible is with the latest Ghost Recon games (which I personally like more because they are more "realistic") which are from Ubisoft too. Personally if it wasn't for Ubisoft and Bioware I would quit playing games.

Ghost Recon is my jam. Wish the AI in Breakpoint was like Wildlands tho. I need a new Recon before any other Ubi titles. With Skull and Bones done we should get one within a year or two

The problem with making everything stronger is that the content are no longer going to be a challenge. With most players blasting through legendary difficulty content and raids already we need more content with higher difficulty levels, in order to justify all these changes 🤷🏼

For people who’ve been waiting 4 years for new content this is much ado about nothing. A big problem is the red, blue, and yellow balancing. A 6 blue build shouldn’t be able to rip off your armor in PvP just like a yellow hive should have little to no effect.

The games absolutely dead, i came back last year and burned through everything in a month, go play warframe, destiny, monster hunter etc. Im not hating before fanboys say anything its just insane how these developers get away with releasing literally the same "manhunts" every single season😂😂
