The reason they don't last long is because you are literally giving everything away before you even tied the knot. Which means, by the time they get married, there's nothing else to add to the marriage. Many people who move in without being married, actually never end up getting married at all. One of the most difficult relationship is with an insecure person. Even if you decide to give up your dreams to sit up under them, they’ll still find something else that you’re not doing. This little girl is not what he needs in his life right now because she’s not supportive. She wants money, but she doesn’t want him to go out and get it. I both agree and disagree with the Judge on this case. AGREE: I agree that she saw them as one thing and he another. He was renting someone’s couch. If they are in a relationship, I don’t see anything wrong with her taking him in to share bills. People do that all day every day. You can go online and find people seeking that very thing. Where they went wrong, is they didn’t have solid conversations about what is expected of each other. She got him in the house and tried to make him over into what she wanted and failed. DISAGREE: I most definitely think he’s using her. I don’t think the judge is giving this it’s actually weight of importance due to them not outlining what was expected of him when he moved in. So it looks like she moved him in to boo him up. I don’t believe he is paying his fair share of the bills and I don’t care about the small amount of time he paid for things when she wasn’t working. For me, it’s the old scenario of the athlete who had a girlfriend that did everything for him while he was creeping on a come up. I don’t believe for one moment he wanted her in the studio. I think he wants her to be a sounding board and cheerleader for him and put a roof over his head. ULTIMATELY: People have to understand, when you’re in the entertainment industry, image is everything. If you’re dating someone in the industry…ESPECIALLY A RAPPER, you have to accept the fact that there will be groupies and hangers on and such. If you can’t accept that, or you feel a certain kind of way, then you don’t need to date an entertainer or athlete. I agree that he needs to leave the house and go rent the couch he was staying on. She needs to do better on her own and understand that just because you have a kid with a dude, that dude is not your savior and you shouldn’t ask him to do so.
