He’s a manipulator! And to say that to your wife about the baby!! Wow! If it was he’s baby I bet he wouldn’t feel that way or maybe he would because he’s heartless! I wouldn’t have married him because if you can’t have my back about my deceased child that would have told me all I needed to know about you! Duces!!

As someone who lost a child. Some ppl just dont get it. Ive had friends and family members tell me to get over it. When ive brought her up at times and get sad ive had certain family members literally say "here we go again" ive had ppl that were some of my best friends just kinda stop comming around and i hardly hear from them now.

You are absolutely 💯 right. I am so sorry for your loss. You never "get over" losing your child. It is a loss and grief that you cope with as your life and life continues. 💙

i am so sorry to hear this, that is absolutely fucking disgusting. You NEVER get over the loss of a loved one, let alone a child. The point of a child is to grow up and live longer then you, for someone to say "get over it" to someone who lost a child...that is so disheartening. You dont deserve to be treated like that. You deserve people who will be there to support you in your time of need. I hope you are able to find good people that will support you (if you haven't already) and i wish you the best with your life moving forward.

I think differently about life and death from most people as well, but the dude’s take on it is just cold and twisted. Even being as stoic as I am, it’s still important to grieve and you never truly get over a loss, especially of a child.

See, I don't support Judge Toler's response to the woman's needs for financial support for her "test" and need to look good. If this man can't support a woman and kids, he doesn't need to have a woman. Judge Toler, you're wrong for taking this approach to this woman when you know women are subjected to a lesser place in relationships. All women are not in privileged positions like you. All women didn't have what you were given to make you what you are in life. It's important to stop asking women in lower positions, who don't have the kind of support you did/do to be like you. That's blaming women for how society devalues them. Don't get me wrong. I love Judge but that doesn't mean she's right all the time and we need to be able to refute bad 'judgment' when and where we hear/see it. Remember that in real life, one can disagree with a judge's judgement and seek relief from a higher court. So people, let's not get fixated on any bad judgement that comes out of Judge Toler's court and say 'Judge Toler said it so be it.'

What a ridiculous statement. First of all, Judge Toler worked for everything she got during a time where black women were even less spat on and devalued as they are today. No where not once did she tell the plaintiff anything even ALIN to "pull yourself up by your bootstraps." She just wasn't taking her excuses. If it were a dude she was laying into the same way for the same issues, you'd likely not see a problem. Women are just as capable of achieving difficult goals regardless of background or hardships as any...and they all deserve to be called out whenever they aren't doing all they can or coasting on complacency. Your perspective on this case and how she handled it is more harmful than you know...
