Men are fed-up with women centric,discriminatory laws! After prolonged separation,and subsequent medistion sessions by Counsellors nominated by Court, is there a need to pester him to compromise? Already husband lost precious time of 9 years with disputes. Forcing the husband to prove irrtrievable breakdown of relationship is also injustice because the sufferers alone know the pain they endured,which can't be proved legally.

Laws for weman protection specially intended to protect really crushed Women victimised from extreme atrocities. But in today’s arena Women in nature led by hyperGamy loses the respect and interest in his male partner causing the adverse behaviour and wrong approach towards partner. This thing hurts the basic male ego or natural male character and personality. This is escalated into legal matrimonial disputes and misuse of law. Courts Must not accept facilitate and motivate the false litigations filed on such escalations because 99% of women actually don’t have any moral ground for escalation to this extent. Misuse of such extremely harsh laws is like mis-using the Armed Forces bombs tanks and artillery to kill armless innocent people. Courts must immediately stop behaving like one-sided guardian or stepmotherly treatment against one gender. Because this is destroying the wheel of marriage in the society. The family system is the spirit of our nation and culture which is being destroyed by false legal system and legal culture and false laws of our country. It is absolutely inappropriate for the state and court to interfere in routine verbal spats or small quarrels in the life of individual couples and start considering such small things as physical or mental assault to allow one gender to loot the partner in the name of alimony or maintenance. Women should file a petition for maintenance or anything only if she is wife and stays with the husband. If she has willingly parted from her husband especially when there is no child she should not claim any money if she doesn’t want to stay. The narcissistic tendencies among women is increasing very fast. Courts must not encourage these socio-psychological development. Please send this message to all the judges lawyers lawmakers and society in general by all possible media.

Dono parties ko raazi krna alimony and maintenance decide krna ....or usme bhi bacha hai tb thoda uski custody ...bohot dimag lgta hai

तलाक की प्रक्रिया छोटी और आसान होनी चाहिए जब दो लोग एक साथ नहीं रह सकते तो आसानी से अलग होने का असर होना चाहिए वरना दोनों की जिंदगी बर्बाद हो जाएगी

Judicial officers always put pressure on husband/boy .I don't understand that why these judges always put pressure on husband without understanding ground reality.I appreciate this person who is standing for his and his parents respect.Same things happened with me.I was party in person in my case.Always remember that judges can not put pressure like this on husband/boy.Judges having no rights/power to put pressure on husband/boy.Wrong way of discussion in court room.I request this person to report this event to Chief Justice Supreme court India.Luckily video recording available in his case to prove that how the judges to pressure on husband.

These judges have antiquated mindset. If husband and wife have not stayed together for 9 years and when they don't have children then they should have been separated long back. Why we don't have a speedy divorce and maintnance if any that should end after sometime. Judges are not affected. The man is affected. The woman needs a provider so that she can coast her life.

लड़कियों को हद्द से ज्यादा कानून द्वारा favour देने के कारण ही यह पति पर cases लगाकर अदालतो का वक्त खराब करती है। इस केस में पत्नी यदि घर आना चाहती है तो उस से stamp पर लिखा लेना चाहिए कि वह in future ऐसा ऐसा नही करेगी
