I observed here that people in comments are saying that the guest (divorce lawyer) is being biased. He is giving solutions in favor of wives and telling husbands to compromise. I want to tell these people that the lawyer is saying what is written in our constitution. He is just speaking the truth. If you feel that he is being biased then just understand that our constitution doesn't have enough laws to protect the innocent men. Simple!!

Ma'am "Most Respectfully Showeth" I request you to make a video on "Kartavya" of wife as well. Because Nitish n Amish being suggestive to a male is appealing. Same if done by female lawyers may be a landmark video and save many relationships as it may appeal to wives. In my case I want my wife back home.. But she is being fuelled by in laws and she has been quite abusive and violent. I am ready to forget what she did to me but how can I trust whether she will really change herself. The irony is that two people who can reach mutual divorce settlement and can still talk to each other cordially after the proceedings are probably right for each other. They have undergone the worst of a stress test like a divorce and have ended up on the other side without getting into legal/ financial troubles.

Don't grudge against Nitish. He is speaking about the advantages ( !! ) given to women by our gender biased laws. If there are loop holes in laws , it will be used . Instead of cursing him , curse your parliamentarian member ( elected by you ) who have allowed this laws to be passed.

In a matrimonial dispute if the house is destroyed by whatsoever reason. The client blames the opposite lawyer wants to make money that's why he filed wrong cases and he destroyed my house But remember karma comes back with strong force . So I request to all lawyer don't try to make money in a matrimonial dispute which can be resolved. Always remember the cycle of karma

At one point, the guest lawyer mentioned that both the sides are equally responsible. However, throughout the video he has advised men to support their wives. Kindly make another video in the series outlining what women must do amd not expect too much from men who are sometimes badly pressed by the rigamarole of life.

Get a load of this simp! Basically summing up, thy shall spite your nose for your wife, till eternity. Like Sisyphus and that rock. Laws are biased, but the lawyer shouldn't. He rambled on for 23 minutes and always kept zeroing in for the male's lack of proactiveness. We all believe in owing up mistakes, we got it the first time you mentioned that, no need to sing a litany of it.

My advice to men ... realise the woman is a depreciating asset to you where as you are an appreciating asset to her. Realise your true worth, don't waste years of your life making her happy, making her parents life easier, concentrate on yourself, your work, your parents, mediate, donate to worthy causes and have a happy life. I want to save my marriage which is being spoiled by my husband's sister in law with help of his mother to eat away all the property and rule in home alone. She tried to break his previous relationships also so that he doesn't have love marriage. She allowed marriage with me beacause it was arranged and she thought could break off easily soon after. I really love my husband and even he does but has no guts to call her and his mother out on bad behaviour.Please guide.

Even though husband gives complete freedom n keep giving what ever the wife asks then things ll get complicated very soon. Good logical wife has to think abt views in every angle then speak. Nitish Banka made no sense at all. His first part of talk was about - "Man should be attentive to his wife." "If wife complains about man not earning enough, he should take it positive and find ways to make money. She is not concerned about money but about his growth". "How he should take care of his wife and no gyaan at all for wives." In simple words he is saying - "Thou shall be a slave of your wife for eternity". Also encouraging money exchanging hands in divorces. If it is all about money then why do you call it marriage. It should be called something else

I think best thing to do is not to get married boys stay with your parents n let girls stay with their parents. Take care of your parents on your own(both parties). Enjoy life… don’t get involved in marriage act unless you( this is for both the parties) are ready to give your time, money and efforts to your spouse in the name of family n society norms…period!
