Ingredients :
2 cups (250 gm) gram flour or besan
3 tbsp melted ghee
3 tbsp milk
¾ cup (150 ml) melted ghee
½ cup milk
1 cup (200 gm) sugar
¾ cup water
7 to 8 saffron strands soaked in 1 tbsp water
1 tsp cardamom powder
½ tsp nutmeg powder
Chopped almonds and Pistachios for garnishing

There is a slight error in the video regarding the measurement of ingredients in the Sugar Syrup.
The correct measurements are:
1 cup sugar
3/4th cup water.)
