Try this unique Diwali Special No-fry Motichoor Ladoo, which need no oil at all and gets ready in just sometime. These motichoor ladoos are healthier and very easy to make with limited ingredients.

Servings: 16 Nos.
Ingredients:
1½ cup chana dal/ split chickpeas lentils
2 tbsp ghee
For sugar syrup:
1½ cup sugar
¾th cup water
½ tsp cardomom powder
4 to 5 drops of orange food colour
For garnishing:
Chopped pistachios
