She's literally given like different things handed to her, and she doesn't have to do anything or puts in the least amount of work into whatever it is. It's such a shame, there are so many people who try and follow their passion and have genuine talent who haven't and may never be discovered, even networking and trying to spread the word, often times they'll be mocked or made fun of just because they want to do what they love. Dixie literally just got lucky
