@@boufalja82 Будем честны, эта пoeбoта тоже не выдержит подобных нагрузок, более того, сила притягивания у магнита килограмм 20, а эта хрень и 5 не выдержит, и к тому же, открою секрет под трубу можно что нибудь подставить, да хоть табуретку или швабру.

@@user-pq1ty9sg9v у тебя много досок? На каждую высоту доску пилить будешь нужного размера? И не забывай, на длине плеча 100мм угол (не если, а когда ошибешься) 0.5мм не видно, а на длине 1000мм может доходить до 10мм. Разработка не моя, но человек идею хорошую продемонстрировал.

Everyone knows they sell magnets pretty cheap to do the same thing. But this is pretty cool. And to be honest, they did a pretty good job.

All hard element's that needed to be welded in degrees, you make it in horizontal position, steel, aluminum, or stainless doesn't matter, so you don't even need magnets, you calculate end points with basic triangular formulas, its only perfect solution... There's nothing better invented then Pitagors theorem for 45 and sin cos tang for rest and ofcours diognal 👍👍👍

presumably you'd set the angle first with a protractor or bevel gauge or whatever (or, ya know, the angle of the bevel you cut into the end of the piece) and then just lock it in place with the clamp. better than getting weld splatter all over the arms of your 7 year old child.

There’s a lot of useless DIY out there with cold welds and such. But I gotta hand it to you here. Not only are your welds pretty damned good but this is something that’s actually useful. Good on ya.

В общем чпекать можно но магнит всё же лучше... Хотя эта приспособа позволяет выставлять такое углы для которых сварочный магнит по пробуй найди. А ещё можно использовать как полку отметил одинаковый гаризонт на столбах, закрепил данную приспособу на одном столбе положил на неё поперечину и никуда оно не денится На полуляхов 50 тянет

Струбцины есть для "полок между столбами" в среднем для работы нужно 6 струбцин, горизонталь,вертикаль и монтажные.

Бред. Эта струбцина позволяет установить любой угол, а магнит только несколько определенных. Да и вообще магнит менее надёжен и удобен, чем струбцина. Я, когда варю, использую струбцину, если есть место чтобы ее закрепить, и магнит, там где места для струбцины нет.

Этот огород позволяет устанавливать любой угол в отличие от магнита, да и магнит - вещь не самая удобная и надёжная.

@@razjob_kacapni_na_schepki во-первых, я не зарабатываю деньги сваркой, во-вторых, не всякий инструмент можно найти в магазине. Зайди в любую кузницу, например, поищи там хоть какой-нибудь покупной инструмент.

@@user-ne5ox1dd6o а мы ролик про кузницу смотрим? В кузнице для твоего ведома из самодельного это хватки щипцы и самопальный клише для быстрой формовки чего либо. А так бородки, молотки, просечки это все в основном покупное. Не знаешь не мели чепухи.

Hmmm... I made a very Similar tool... two welding magnets and a length of angled steel with the holes pre drilled in it from home depot. Took way less time and effort I assume. This one is much nicer, but mine works.

There are plenty of non ferrous metals, like aluminum, brass, copper, etc. Try getting a magnet to stick to copper

Be careful, once you get a mig welder you'll have every "real" welder insulting you at every turn 😂 There's a lot of hate against them because they are easier to use which causes a lot of people to instantly jump to the conclusion that the user is unskilled :/ That being said, they are wonderful to have and eliminate a lot of the dread that goes along with having to drag out a bunch of leads and dealing with how finicky electrodes can be, and in my experience there's typically less splatter as well! (Chances are I don't have my settings correct but meh, I'm a hobbyist so I can't be bothered to worry about it too much, none of my welding is used for structural purposes)
