Hi, everyone, welcome back to my channel! I decided to give the DIY aged vases technique a try since I wanted the look, but without the high price tag. Overall everything came out to be just under $100, which is what you could spend on just one of these antique pots! I hope you found this video helpful, and enjoyed!

I loved before and after at the end. I was forgetting which was which as you went along. I also liked that some of your videos are short perfect for a quick DIY fix when needed. I just subscribed.

Me Kaye-Lee and Molly Brown thank you for giving us something different with our walking the floor and wondering what is next? I We get alot from U tube, sometimes too much that i have to look at something i have just been watching 😅 You can see something too much and forget, So I should look once, maybe twice and Molly and me don't have to go to Hobby lobby, or the Dollar general or thrift stores or Amazon,or the relatively new Temu. Good job, Maya! You may have an easier time of getting the various layers to adhere if you sand any gloss paint before adding the next layer. Enjoyed the video, and I can guess the work involved, so congrats on doing this! Best wishes! Pat in NH

I just found your channel!! Wow, you got lucky finding so many perfectly-shaped vessels/vases!!! I love that second one, the handles/sides are so unique, and the lower profile is so useful. Had to sub, because I'm totally into the aged vessels DIY thing right now!

Just a FYI, the pink spackle does not work as well as joint compound (for drywall) when you paint the pink Dep the moisture from the paint reactivates the filler and it will easily come off. I had a lot of problems with it.

Here are the names of each item I used: DAP DryDex Dry Time Indicator Spackling 8oz Pink to White Drywall Paste Black, Rust-Oleum American Accents 2X Ultra Cover Ultra Matte Spray Paint, 12 oz White, Rust-Oleum American Accents 2X Ultra Cover Gloss Spray Paint- 12 oz Rust-Oleum 302599 Chalked Sealer/Wax Topcoat Spray Paint, 11 oz, Clear Hello Hobby Chalk Acrylic Paint, Ultra Matte, Cafe Noir, 8 fl oz I hope this helps! 😊
