A very good sustainable wood project .But it would not stand the vigours of Western Health and safety measures. May be there is sonething the Western wood workers can learn from this wood worker how to use the sickled knife. We in the West do not bring knife towards the body. In the east they woukd tend to do the opposite. The Japanese also use similar shaving methods. Lots to learn. The use of Bamboo is super.
