This was great thank you! I am going to make this for my new business. I am going to make it so that I can take the bottom legs off and make it shorter for outdoor events (it is always windy) and then put the them back on for indoor events. Without this video I would have never thought of that, I was just going to make a short one!

We use it inside and outside. Only thing about using this size without the legs is that its taller then then table if I put it in front of the table to lean it up.

awesome! After spraying silver or preferred colour, I suggest spraying matte Varnish to protect the paint job.

Will these be ok outside? Will they fall from a little wind or I should be fine?

For the most part they are okay outside. If its to windy we'll put something weighted on the leg. Most of the time if we're outside we'll zip tie it to the inside of our tent.

How thick is the pvc pipe? 1 inch? 2 inch?

Sorry for the late responds. We haven't been on the channel, but the size for each peace is in the video and its about 6ft after it's been put together! Hopefully you still can use this.
