TOYA: Last time you used the lights I made a suggestion to glam it up but do not know if you saw it or not. In the sewing stores there is fancy trim with dangling type beads. You can put that around the lights so they look like a chandelier! Love the room, I am not a pink fan but this is really nice!

My favorite part of the videos is always seeing the dolls in their new spaces at the end. When I saw the framed wall/ceiling I wondered if you were fixing to make a vaulted ceiling with the appearance of crown molding.

Those splashes of pink are what steers me away from anything barbie and why I’m more drawn to other doll lines, but this turned out so cute and looks so fun. For once I’m liking all the pink lol

I’ve watched you when I got my first ever tablet and tried so hard to make your diys but after I turned 13 I felt obligated to stop playing with my dolls and cut off all my happiness and love for it to feel more mature I am now 20 and bought some dolls just bc I missed the feeling and it feels good I started watching your vids again and realized how much I’ve missed out of (didn’t know Bella and I were the same graduating year so congratulations Bella we did it 😆) I’ve missed you so much toya and you inspired me that not matter what age you can still be happy and play with dolls 💖❤ love you so much 🥰

I recently acquired three of the Inspiring Women dolls, including Bessie Coleman, at Goodwill. The boxes are not in great shape but the dolls are fine. I absolutely want to try creating a plane for Brave Bessie. I think a 2 liter pop bottle, a lot of skinny craft sticks and some fabric and paint will do the trick...Toya, you inspire me!

Too pink for me, but definitely cute! I just really love those wooden rooms. I keep meaning to make my own, but I have a backlog of projects and I'm currently more focused on my wardrobe. I'm trying to phase out the plastic fabrics and replace them with natural fibers, and that means I'm doing a lot of sewing, knitting, and crochet.

It’s so funny because when you first started painting everything that bright pink color I HAAAAAATED it! Then, you added the ceiling and those columns, everything just fell right into place. I love it, it’s beautiful, and I’ll never doubt you again! And that roof deck pool is really cool. Have you ever thought of incorporating roof decks into your row of town houses? Do you ever dream of having a huge room that you can turn into a doll village? Or do you already have that?

wow it’s so bittersweet watching this channel. I grew up on it, I’m now sixteen and still enjoy it to this day. My grandma would help me with many doll clothes projects from these videos with her old sewing machine and she had recently passed so I have the machine now and still make some doll clothes washing she could see them❤

I have a painting tip. Use a sponge for your fur your first color then a brush for the second. The sponge will deposit more paint faster. Using the brush on the second layer will make it smooth. You can use the sponge for the entire thing is you like the texture. I bought a giant bath sponge that I cut up.
