I tore mines in May of 2022, had surgery in September the same year, I fell on the bathroom floor, recovery has been hell, I'm done with physical therapy, the pain is still horrible but with prayer I push through. Keep up the great work that you are doing and please keep that arm active as the therapist tells you.
