This is my 1st prototype of my Home-made BGA optical alignment system. I spent fex hundreds hours for this prototype but i still have few troubles to resolv before using it. If you have questions, please email me at reptooyep(arobase)hotmail.fr.

greetings. did you use a cube beamsplitter prism with a mirror? Prism is polarized or without polarization?

Congratulations, I bought prisms you mentioned on another comment from aliexpress I'll try to do it as soon as it gets here in Brazil, do you use any mirror attached to prism which reflects one of the sides to the camera? Is there any special position for the camera? I'll test it but I'm a bit curious. Nice job, man, amazing :)

hi, cube is made of 2 square angle prism bk7 quality fixed together with kapton tape. the size is 25mm. it's hard to deal with prism size and precision cause biggest is the cube and biggest is the space between chip and board.
