Thank you! I use 3 inch for bridesmaids & 5-7 for the bride!

I am not sure the exact measurements however I will say that it is smaller than a toilet paper holder. I hope that makes sense

You can purchase the velvet or foam flowers off of Amazon for $20 for this & you probably need 25 to 50 roses depending on how full you want your bouquet
