Now that you have plenty of voltage available, open up the spark plug gaps to 1.5mm or even 2mm. Will run a little bit smoother at part throttle. Probably no increase in power though.

Hello, thank you, I must say that version is a replacement to the original CDI of the motorcycle (ac) and is used to boost the ignition, and the advance of the ignition depends on the type and volume of the motorcycle and its RPM, but In total, it is limited, I am making a new and special version, it will be published on this channel as soon as it is ready. Hi (just for information) special capacitors are used inside the Japanese units, I opened the Japanese example of Shindingen company, the current is much higher than this unit, but it does not cause a problem, this standard CDI unit is just for replacement

Hello, dear friend, I saw the video. If the stator coil has a black wire with a red line, your motorcycle's electricity must be AC. You can use this CDI, otherwise, making a DC CDI is a bit complicated. But soon I will put the new version of CDI reinforcement. About the rectifier I recommend using the original rectifier،Good luck

This CDI is to boost the ignition of ac motorcycles, the ignition timing depends on the type, volume of the engine and your RPM, you will probably face problems by changing the ignition timing. If you have any questions, you can ask.

Hello my MrWolf, where's the DC version of your CDI? I checked your videos there seems to be none, If none, Is this AC CDI version of yours usable to a DC-stator coil? Thanks, If yes, I will build this one instead

Hi dear friend : I made the DC version but it didn't work properly, that's why I didn't publish it for now to do the final test. Your second question: But ac cdi can't be put on a motorcycle with a DC coil, unless you change the flywheel and coil to AC. If you have a problem with starting the motorcycle, you can ask your questions, at your service; thanks
