Hi, thanks for watching! Great question. No, however hydrolyzed rice protein comes from rice bran, which is a byproduct of white rice production and brown rice processing. It's made by breaking down rice bran into its amino acids and peptides. Rice bran contains 11-17% protein by weight, which is more than broken rice kernels, which contain 7%. The two offer the same benefits just in a different format, water vs. oil, and a slightly different measure of protein. Hope this helps😊
