I love this upcycle. I would love to do this on a maxi t shirt dress. with my distress jeans , that's an upcycle for the near future. Tracy you keep me busy and I love it. Traci, the tee is so cute!!! When I was visiting in San Diego one summer there was a woman working on similar tees for her shop; the only difference was she macrame’d the first couple of rows around the shirt bottom with the fringe. ❤❤Judy❤❤

It was just a light gauzy womens blouse with ties. Probably an XL. I believe the ruffles were made from strips of a thin gauzy skirt.🥰🥰🥰
