So what I did is measure measure measure and make sure all your marks are on point. Then I tacked it together then set on a known level surface and hit the upright with a small level to make sure it was plumb. Then welded it in. Unfortunately most concrete will have some ups and downs in it, so I think the o my way to keep it from totally moving you would have to bolt it. Midd tube is 28” I wish I would have gone 30” and legs are 12”

For anybody wondering I cut all the kicker angles at 25 degrees was a good angle let’s your foot rest firmly while changing tires was a quick 2 hr project for me
