On the eve of the holiday, I prepared cuts from my previous videos with DIY spring Easter decor and recipes for delicious and colorful desserts for the holiday table.

🍓Recipe for fruit basket cake (5 pieces).
🔖For the test:
butter - 50 gr
powdered sugar - 30 g (I used 1 tablet of sugar substitute)
1 yolk
flour - 85 gr
Bake at 180-200 C for 10 minutes.
🔖Filling:
You can just use jam or cottage cheese with honey, or you can make cream.
2 yolks,
1 tbsp starch
30 g sugar
150 ml milk
1 tablespoon Amaretto liqueur
I also added chocolate (in powder form) by eye.
Beat the yolks with sugar and starch, heat the milk and pour in the milk while continuously whisking the cream. Return to low heat and cook until thickened.
🔖For syrup (on top of fruit):
water 50 ml
gelatin 1 tbsp
sugar 1 teaspoon

🍓🍮Cheese flan.
For caramel: 1/3 cup sugar, 4 tbsp. water, 1 tbsp. lemon juice.
Dough:
- 5 eggs,
- 200 ml cream
- 200 ml condensed milk
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon vanillin
Cook in a water bath in the oven at 180 C for 1 hour 15 minutes.
