I need to bend some flat bar for my current and future projects. So true to my channel, I made my own bar bender. it's basic and a working prototype, but the concept works. Next evolution will be to make it stronger and more robust.

You could groove it to roll tubing. Beef up the axles with grade 8 bolts and a bunch washers and it'll roll steel.

Cheers. Cost was almost nothing, all made from stuff in my garage. Now I know the concept works, I'll definitely beef it up as you say in your next comment.
