DIY: Fox 2.5" UTV Shock Reservoir Upgrade

You can replace the nitrogen fill valve on your 2.5" Fox UTV shocks on your own shocks for 1/4 the cost of buying from 3rd Party. The stock caps can be drilled out and tapped at 1/8" NPT to install a HPT Schrader Valve.

Doing this this week. 3800 miles on my X4 Talon. Zero nitrogen left from hard riding. Hoping this makes a huge difference. If not spring kit will be next

Hi, I have a Polaris RZR Turbo, and I don't find how much Nitrogen pressure should I use front and rear. Where can I find it?

If they are Fox, 200 psi should cover them

When he drilled it and nearly nothing came out. A really experienced driver might be able to tell when they're low just from the feel. If they're low and one drives hard enough to create cavitation then it would be more obvious, but I'm guessing that most people wouldn't notice or might notice something but not know what was happening.
