This issue occurs due to a weak power supply not being able to handle the load of IR LEDs which turn on only in the dark. Check the power supply.

Also good idea to check the day/night settings on the unit. Make sure the day to night switch time reflects sunrise and sundown...

what's you see in video ? im change the charger and no video fixed. mean if video go off after few hours change your charger it will b fixed if you face problem again your DVR IC making problem

Namskar sir, adapter to badal diye hai,dvr on ho jata hai lekin,Vga cable tv me lagane pr tv of ho jata hai,or vga cable nikalte hi tv on ho jata hai,lekin video nhi ata hai.hikvision dvr hai 16 chanel

Sir mere mobile par online live camera show karta hai par monitor pe nhi krta , hikvision smps hai green light bhi jal rhi uski ,4 channel dvr hai 3 camera lgaye abhi, adapter bhi ghik hai jab dusre led pr dvr aur adaptor lgayu bina camera cable ke toh waha 4 channel show krta hai pr monitor pe no signal arha . kya solution hai iska kuki hikvision smps pr light green hai mobile pe view show krta , monitor bhi check krvaya thik chla bilkul cpu aur dusre dvr pe shop pe jake

Remove all camera and use working cam data cable if it's working fine change your cabel otherwise your cam dead

did you try with different display cable ? use working camera cable with not display camera if its not show i think your cam burned

Turn off your dvr min 6 to 8 hours then trun it on if it's working fine then change your adapter

Hikvision DVR consist 8 cameras, 6 camera installed and one of them is showing no video, it's ok but rest two not showing no video there are only blank.. why?

Try to no video port on working one port if its show video its mean problem in your port if it's still not show video then check your camera cable or contacter
