you need: pearls, eye pins, lobster clasps. chain, and eyeglasses chain connecter (to make the connector watch my video: D.I.Y: How to make Easy Boho sunglasses eyeglasses holder🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍) I buy my jewelry finding from Hobby Lobby.

Hello Selextial, yes you can use invisible string or fishing wire but you have to secure it with tube crimps.

It calls mini clear rubber band for hair and you secure it with a bead OR you can buy ready one it calls eyeglass holder.
