What a wonderful night idea it is ? 1st- by using this plastic bags we can get the gloves without spending money 2nd- The crazy plastic bag which we tired of them help us to cover our current glove shortage at least for everyday use ! 3rd- Everyone at home get a part time job while setting at home & thinking a lot , better to spend time to keep our mind busy 👂 👍 job I have a ✊️ for you ! My job recently had to give all its gloves to our local hospital due to coronavirus (I work at a wildlife hospital...so we really should have our hands protected, but heyyy human lives come first...). Definitely going to try to make these so we can be protected too ❤️😊

Wonderful idea, which becomes more practical now when we are dealing with corona viruses. Thank you. Just a reminder to everyone to use very low heat upon ironing. Gradually increasing the temperature as needed. Or I think a sheet of cotton placed on top of the plastic will help prevent the plastic to stick to the iron, and you can use high heat this way.

Hey RFC, Can i make a suggestion for the second method? You can do it two ways: 1) reverse the bag before you draw your hand on it. Or 2)after cutting out the hand shape flip the pieces so printed sides face each other.

If you plan to continue making gloves, may I suggest buying an electric cutter to cut and seal at the same time. 🙂 Works for plastic shaker keychains too. That is a great idea but my roommate uses those kinds of bags for garbage. I use inside out sandwich bags over my hands, turn them right side out when done with the garbage from what I was touching left secured inside the bag ready to be disposed of safely. Your idea is better, just not as easy for lazy folks. ;-) I was doing that long before the virus, public bathrooms give me the willies. I'm too high a risk to go out now.
