Easy way on how to make Marquee Letters with lights using Christmas lights and using foam board from a dollar store.
Using materials that you can find at your home.
You can make an easy home or party decor with less expensive materials
For the font:
You can google and type printable silhouette ABC’s or you can go to this link www.printableparadise.com/
and find the silhouette letters.

How did you disguise the remaining portion of Christmas lights at the end? I made the project but have several feet of lights leftover that I’m not sure what to do with

Hi! Thanks for watching my video! I bunched them together and stuck them at the back as extra support or like a base or if you have shorter lights (50 lights)much better depending on the number of letters you’re making. Also in some of my projects I glued them on the sides of all letters for extra brightness.

You can also use a window in the sunlight if you can’t load the pic to a large monitor, large TV or do not have a projector handy

I don’t know the font she used. But the mat is called a double-sided rotary mat you can find it at Joann’s fabrics or amazon or any craft store. By the looks of it when she had the ruler on the letters they are a little over a foot long and wide. She used foam board you can get it at the dollar store. Cheapest place I’ve found it. And looks like just regular printing paper for covering the wrinkles. Hope this was helpful.
