I had to replace my red cord for my jade necklace and bought a roll of the red cord. I wanted a red bracelet with real quality jade and 24k gold trinkets, so I bought those separately and made a bracelet, using this video. All of the ladies at work asked where I got the bracelet and when word got out I made it, I suddenly have to produce 9 bracelets. So here I am, a dude, watching Michael Reeves let his goldfish pick stocks, while I craft bracelets for the ladies of my workplace.

Sometimes it happens, people fall in love with your work and you have to produce a massive amount of pieces. But think positive, it is a sign!, maybe you should start a small business!!

great instruction, thank you. I'm just a bit confused as to where along the cord you are placing the knots when you are putting on the bead....
@Cocoabeads
@Cocoabeads 2 жыл бұрын
The bead must be placed in the centre of the cord and then you make the knots right next to it. Hope this help!

Hello! Great video, question how do you know how long each string should be, especially when making it for different size people/wrist. Thank you!

You can use stardars measures (A measure you decide depending on how much thread you want to expend), people can always cut the excess of thread if they need it. Regards

Lovely and simple design! 😍😍 I have a quick couple questions, if that's alright though. What size was the hole of the jade bead in mm please and what was the thickness of the cord (also in mm, if possible) please? Thank youu ^^
@Cocoabeads
@Cocoabeads 2 жыл бұрын
Hello there! The cord is 1mm nylon cord, also called chinesse cord, the bead it is a natural jade stone so the hole changes because every bead is different, it must be around 1.5mm more or less. Hope this help! Regards!

So pretty! What size bead did you use? Can you recommend a place to get the same bead? TIA!
@Cocoabeads
@Cocoabeads 2 жыл бұрын
It's a 10mm jade bead.. I get the natural stone beads from a local store with no online service, I am afraid. I don't know any online store offering this type of beads but I guess you can Google it so you can find it close to your place. Xoxo!

How do we know where to place the first knot on the cord, how far down? Also, it would help if you used two or three different color threads for demonstration purposes. It was really hard to understand from the angle you were showing. Sorry.
