I have a leather bracelet but the buttons on it rust a lot and it puts this green stuff on my skin is there anyway I can fix it? And great video

What size snap do you use on the thicker leather belts? I have found that the L24 snaps have a stem or shaft portion that are not long enough. I apologize, I’m new to leather working and really want to try doing some of these!!

Look in the leather making supply area at your craft store. I use the biggest snap they have

Hi, Great bracelets. What is the average size cuff that you make? I'm not sure if I should make mine at 7 or 7 1/2 inches (snap to snap). I was thinking of using 2 snaps to make it adjustable but I think the cuffs look nicer with one snap, What size do you make yours? I would like to make some as gifts but not sure of sizing. Thank you for the awesome tutorial.

hi there. I make around a 7" bracelet. but I am not consistant. sometimes the decoration on the belts make the decision of my size. I do make some bigger if i think they would be a good option for a more manly look. I have used two snaps also, but again I am not consistant on that. IF it looks like it could be a nice unisex style then I might put on an extra snap so it has more options for sizing. I sell these quite regularly. So, I try to make as many sizes as I can. Some people like to wear their bracelets snug and others like them loose. If you are making them as gifts you might know their personal taste a bit more.
