Today we gonna see some interesting topic something related quite a technical content. Actually before rectifying the issue the motor runs for about 1.30hrs to fill 1000liter overhead tank which is placed at the top of 1st floor, it's a 1.5HP Jet pump... so initial period it was around 1 hour but after a prelong usage the motor as consumed huge amount of time for filling up, so after a referring some texts & lectures everything I tend to do a DIY using the gained knowledge which made me to overhaul the PRV that is pressure relief valve in the pump at last the last, the minutes has been lost were successfully retained.

Can anyone tell the purpose of two pipes in suction. Y not one pipe. No NRV in my system. Simple gate valve given in outlet. Any issue expected?

Hello, i have a small question.....in my home the borewell depth is about 75 ft......how much hp jet pump do i need to pull water form 75 ft and push it to my overhead tank which is at a height of 35 ft from ground.

Sure madam. 1. Adjust the flow regulating valve. 2. Clean/ change foot valve, impeller units if necessary 3. Use motor during early morning hours, use regularly...refill to recharge, don't follow empty fill cycle.

You should have mentioned the pressure in pressure gauge before and after, pressure range??? To be maintained, you have checked the valve to verify the good delivery???? How lacking clear explanation

Hi Sir. I have crompton jet pump 1 hp. A. The problem I am facing is water flow is too low. B. When I loose the pressure valve to max the water pressure is good but it's just for one time and again I have close the val🔥 and reopen the valve to gain the good water pressure. C. I find water leaking near the valve adjusting nut. Any Idea how can I resolve this problem.? Please provide me your number so that I can send you the video clip.
