Oh my gosh, you overpaid for everything! I cannot believe these prices you’re listing. I have remodeled 5 kitchens on flips thus far, and I have never paid that much for a kitchen, including labor. The best way to save money is to properly source your materials. Almost every state has an auction house that auctions off Home Depot and Lowes trucks that were rejected from the store due to a damaged pallet or some other reason. I did two kitchens with the cabinets from an auction house and each set was 26 cabinets, 42 inch height uppers, and I only paid $2800. Solid wood cabinets, too. Also, based on the size of your kitchen, I think you were ripped off on the counter tops. Porcelain is supposedly a cheaper option (not cheap in the long run due to how easily it chips and breaks) but $12k for porcelain is highway robbery. I’m honestly in shock. For all of this being DIY, your max budget should have been on the high end $20k, but realistically closer to $15k.
