Love it made it but you kinda confused me . It says start with 15 1.5 m . It tells us to cut 18 but you actually put 17 on .. then you add the 3m ropes 2 on either side making 21 ropes all together ... Not 19 .... I put all 18 in middle and it worked out fine .. just bringing it to notice as can be confusing ....

This is beautiful.. thank you for sharing.. I have one question.. I notice that in the tutorial you say to use 3mm cord.. I would like to do it with 4mm cotton cord . Should I add more inches to the ropes when I cut or will it make that big of a difference.?
@TNArtCrafts
@TNArtCrafts 4 жыл бұрын
Donna Milam hi Donna, you would recommend just keep the same amount of cords that you cut, then for the length you can use the measurements provided x1.5 then it should be alright. Thanks

I have a question... when you say “3 meter each 4 ropes” is that the length of the rope before folding it to make a lark knot or do I have to cut a 6 meter rope to ensure it’s 3 meters after folding? Thanks.
@mjpowell6614
@mjpowell6614 4 жыл бұрын
I believe each measurement it the length you cut cord. So the 3m length folded leaves you with 1.5 and so on . I made this using these measurements and it turned out stunning

I am making this, using 4mm. I do not understand your directions for using 4mm. Exactly HOW MUCH do I ADD to the length of each cut cord???
@TNArtCrafts
@TNArtCrafts 4 жыл бұрын
Hi Joanne, in this tutorial I used 3mm cord, so if you are using 4mm you will have to change the length, it will be approximately the measurements provided x1.5, also it will be wider too so please get longer wooden rod

I like the pattern, very much , still no sound, and found many times your arms and hands blocked the focal point of each step, also there was to much movement in the frame which was hard on the eyes , sorry , a bit disappointing. Also I think the length of some of the chords are too short I would suggest adding more length, nothing worse than getting halfway and the chord is not long enough. Can you please tell us how long these chords are frustrating , have been doing this pattern guessing cord lengths in some parts ,

@TNArtCrafts
@TNArtCrafts 4 жыл бұрын
Sabrakay Ormsby you can put it flat on wrapping paper you can also use the tape to locate it. Then roll it up and you can buy the tall cardboard box to ship it with Also need to give customers instructions to put it together when arrive as it will always mess up a little big Ask the post office to put the sticker fragile so they handle it more carefully.
