No. It clearly said hydrating primer for a reason. Moisturizer would not help hold the pigment. 🙄 It’s like getting a recipe and exchanging the two cups of sugar for salt instead and asking why your cake tastes bad after. Follow the directions.

It's not going to perform very well. Blending will make it patchy.
