I have a classical guitar that I am in the process of changing out the bone saddle. It has a different size neck and fingerboard than any of my other classical guitars. I didn't even think of that when I got the new parts. Fortunately I will have plenty of material to use, but it will take a lot of filing to get it to where I think it should be. It was missing strings and saddle when I first got it used from a thrift store many years ago, and I just made one out of plastic and it worked flawless. I decided since I never play it (got for a daughter who never wanted to learn to play for long), I was going to sell it, and decided to fix it first....now I ran across your video to confirm that you have to do customizing. I am just shocked at how much filing I will end up doing and even shortening it a tad! The width of the neck is so much narrower, like a regular acoustic guitar neck thickness! (It is a Conservarte made in Korea) Thanks for sharing your video....
