Cauliflower - 250 gm
Potatoes - 2
Onion-3
Tomato -2
Ginger -2 inch
garlic cloves -10
Green chilli - 2
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Bay leaves -2
Cinnamon stick -1 inch
Anise (star)- 1
Mace - 1/2 inch
Green cardamom -2
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder -2 tbsp
Cooking oil- 6 tbsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste

Hi Kabita, I cooked this dish just now. It turned out very tasty. Only I used one table spoon of oil each time. Total three table spoons of oil and I used little water whenever required. I didn't use ghee as already oil was used. All because too much fat is unhealthy and can lead to a sudden heart attack in the long run. Yes for taste I added some dry prawns. Can use three teaspoons of ghee instead. Thanks for sharing this recipe.
