It took me a while to get this when I first started... do LEFT SIDE then RIGHT SIDE then LEFT SIDE then RIGHT SIDE continue alternating sides

A very easy way is to start with the thread on the right side, at the end of that thread tape some tape on the end of it. Then always use that thread to start the loop, regardless of what size it is on. This helps SOOO much, a game changer.

The difficult part is when you have to calculate adding the beads, because it has ti be in the middle,I can't do it idkw

Well, little trick that might help, just make the middle thread bigger and macrame as much as you like, add beads, some more macrame and if it's not in the middle of the thread, just cut the ends 😀

I use a clipboard or tie it to your big toe to hold the project. You could tie it to a door knob, close the end in a drawer, just use your imagination or whatever you have. Nice video.
